I like to paint the “feeling” of a place rather than the details and am continually inspired by the expansive skies, stillness & subtle beauty of the Canadian prairies.
Through my art, I hope to create a sense of calm & quiet in a busy world.
To encourage the viewer to slow down, pause & breathe.
To inspire an appreciation for the connection we have to the land and the places that make us feel "at home".
