Shipping Information

How much is shipping?

FREE! 

  • Free tracked shipping within Canada and the USA. Please allow 5-10 business days for your original art or fine art print to ship
  • International shipping available upon request

How long does shipping take?

You can expect your order to be fulfilled and shipped out within 2-5 business days of your order and then shipping time is as follows:

Canada - 3 to 9 business days
USA - 5 to 15 business days
International - 20 to 60 business days

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Will I be charged any duties and taxes?

Any print orders being shipped internationally or to the USA may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Roberta Hoiness Art is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, they are the responsibility of the customer. Roberta Hoiness Art is not responsible for any delays caused by customs.

How do I track my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number and courier you can use to track your shipment.

Please refer to the standard shipping timelines above. If you haven’t received your order within your destination's timeline please contact us at studio@joykinna.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate your shipment delay. 

How are originals & prints packaged?

  • 8 x 10 originals on paper and smaller, shipped in a protective poly-sleeve with sturdy cardboard insert and are packaged in a flat rigid cardboard mailer
  • Originals on paper larger than 8 x 10 are packaged in a protective poly-sleeve within a rigid tube or flat mailer
  • Canvas originals securely wrapped and boxed with care and shipped with tracking
  • All prints are made to order by a professional Canadian fine art print shop with care and are rolled, packaged and sealed in a tube

Is local pickup available?

Local pickup is available for original art pieces only. Pickup is locacated in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Contact Roberta at roberta@asaradesign.com to arrange.
